Answers to questions should be have a small thumbs up and thumbs down icon...like that in youtube for the comments. And the answers should automatically be sorted according to the votes received.

I would suggest that there be a separate link for solutions to the problems posted here in the forum.This link should preferably contain verified solutions,this would help a lot of people verify their solutions and also know solutions to those problems that they were not able to solve.

at careercup user should have account. Most of the time i found that meaningless reply to many question that make me annoying . If all user have account then we can avoid this by banning the user who used to post meaningless reply.

Have a way of liking and unliking an answer. People post so many crap answers without thought , and the best answer is somewhere hidden down. For each question searching this best answer among other wrong one confuses you more

Everytime you click a link, it says wating for the chat website, and it hangs for 5 or odd seconds. Might want to fix that.

Nowday's every other person is posting a question without even checking if its already there or not. This will help reduce spam.

better to get opinion about what the interviewer himself answered for the question and was he selected or not. At some point I want to read answers from all the selected candidates. Especially for PM position.

Go To Next Page Index should be at the bottom of the page also. It is little inconvenient, e.g. when surfing the forum titles and you reach the bottom of the page and you don't find the "go to next page index", as is the standard. Its a very small change but would be very user friendly.

Please fix sorting by number of comment, clicking on that link still sorts by date. If you manually change the querystring parameter to comments it throws needs index error
